ARTWORKS BY STUDENTS FROM CLASSES TAUGHT BY CAROL

A note from Kathy Delehaunty, Class of 1968

As I recall, it was a quick watercolor sketch.  I also recall assignment she gave us the summer before our junior year: to produce 500 sketches "from life" on 5 x 7 cards.  I drew only one from photo, not from life... and she picked it out of the 500.  A keen eye, no ?

Carol Putnam was the model

for this watercolor sketch!
